Elmernet: Resources for Learning Mathematics
by Dave Elmer, Teacher and  Tutor

I teach A-Level and above Mathematics from home in West London.    I  work two days  a  week, as a teacher,  on the paediatric ward of  the local hospital, teaching, across the curriculum, children from 4-13 and specialising in Maths and IT for older children.I am  also employed by Hounslow's Continuing Access To Education service (CATE)  to provide home tuition to children of all ages who can not attend school.

There is no better way to learn than with one-to-one tuition with an experienced empathetic teacher.

Teaching needs to be backed up with student practice.  This website brings together resources to support your Mathematics learning - Specifications and past papers from examination boards; sites such as MyMaths for revision; less well known sites, often hidden in university departments. with clear explanations, even videos.

I only have available a very limited number of tuition places, that can fill up very quickly.  I am popular with students and parents because I make sessions stimulating and enjoyable whilst making sure that my students are on track for the grades that they aspire to.

Call or email me, if you want to talk further, or arrange a session.
